Brad Marchand celebrated “a great season” for the Bruins at a club last night and it may be the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen

Folks, Brad Marchand and the rest of the Boston Bruins had a celebration for “a great season” at a Boston nightclub over this weekend. If it wasn’t the Boston Bruins I’d say that this is the one of the saddest things that I’ve ever seen.

When it comes to the Stanley Cup or any other championship trophy my views align with those of Ricky Bobby in the sense that “if you’re not first, you’re last.” There’s no solace in losing a game seven at home in front of your fans. There are no silver linings. They completely blew it and it fills my heart with joy.

That being said, I do get that athletes have a life outside of sports and if Brad Marchand wants to go through the seven stages of grief by dancing on a bar like he’s a freshman girl in college who just rushed a sorority then that’s his prerogative. It’s just a pathetic look and he should realize that he’s a complete failure as a human being.

He’s probably just acting out because he was caught on camera crying after his team lost that said home game 7.

Maybe if Brad cared enough to not make a shift change with 8 seconds left in the first period that led to the eventual game winning goal for St. Louis then he wouldn’t have had to have cried in the first place.

So congrats on a great season, Boston. Hopefully your team wins the same amount of Stanley Cups in 2020 as you did this year.
